Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data I collect through ap-it-tech.com, why I collect it and what you can ask for at any time. It is written plainly, not in legal language.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Pricop Alexandru, independent entrepreneur, Strada Studenților 7/1, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
For any question or request about your data, write to contact@ap-it-tech.com.
What I collect
Through the contact form you send me, directly:
- your name
- one way to reach you: your email address or, on the form on the home page, a phone number instead
- the topic you pick from the list — the service or project you are asking about
- the message you write
That is all. I do not ask for your company name, your budget or any other detail about your business.
Separately, the server briefly keeps the IP address of the request, so that automated submissions and abuse of the form can be stopped.
If you accept statistics, visit data is collected as well: which pages you saw, what kind of device you used and where you arrived from. If you decline, none of this is collected.
Why I collect it
- To answer your enquiry and, where it leads there, to prepare working together — which is the reason you filled the form in.
- To keep the form working and free of spam — my legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.
- To see which pages are useful and which are not — only if you accepted statistics.
I do not send you advertising based on this data and I do not sell it to anyone.
How long I keep it
Messages received through the form, and the correspondence around them, are kept for two years from our last contact, then deleted.
If we end up working together, contract and invoice data is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who else sees it
I do not publish your data and I do not hand it to other companies for their own purposes. For the site to work, a few services process it strictly on my behalf:
- EmailJS — delivers the message sent from the form to me.
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps technical request logs.
- Cloudflare — manages the domain and checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a robot.
- Google — visit statistics, only if you accepted them.
These services are companies outside the Republic of Moldova, and the data may be stored in the European Union or the United States, under the standard contractual clauses they provide.
Cookies and statistics
On your first visit I ask whether you accept statistics. Until you answer, nothing is loaded from Google.
If you decline, nothing is loaded at all. Your choice stays in your browser and you can change it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
The anti-robot check on the form works regardless of your choice, because without it the form would be flooded with spam. It does not track you across other sites.
Your rights
Under Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, you can ask at any time:
- to learn what data I hold about you and to receive a copy
- to have anything wrong or incomplete corrected
- to have your data deleted
- to restrict or stop its use
- to receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere
- to withdraw your consent for statistics, with no consequence for you
Write to contact@ap-it-tech.com and I will settle it within one month at the latest. It costs you nothing.
If you are not satisfied
You can lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection, the authority supervising this field in the Republic of Moldova, at datepersonale.md.
If you prefer, write to me directly first and we will try to settle it without the authority.
Changes
If I change how I work with your data, I update this page together with the date at the top.
